Sophia Paliza-Carre

Sophia Paliza-Carre (she/her) is a French-Peruvian producer and editor who grew up in the Midwest. She fell in love with audio at her college's storytelling project and then jumped headfirst into the world of public radio. She's written, reported and produced for outlets like WNYC, The Moth, Latino USA and Futuro Studios. She's now a Senior Producer & Editor at LAist Studios—making longform, narrative podcasts for public radio station LAist.
