More than 50 percent of Californians are fully vaccinated, but things are slowing down out there...and there is concern, nationwide, about whether the U-S will hit President Biden's goal of having 70 percent of all eligible folks at least PARTIALLY vaccinated by July 4th.

Federal Judge Rules California's Assault Weapon Ban Unconstitutional

Last Friday, a federal judge struck down California’s decades-old ban on assault rifles, arguing it was unconstitutional. The state plans to appeal. The ban is one of more than 100 laws on the state’s books, restricting the use of firearms - from directives on dealers and buyers to background check requirements to possession bans.
