JAMB Result 2022 is Out
This is to let you know that the results for the UTME (Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination) held by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) in 2022 are not yet available.
They will activate as soon the official JAMB Result checking portal as they released the results. We can view your UTME results via the official website at https://portal.jamb.gov.ng. However, you can also check your results through SMS right away after taking the UTME.

Use your registration number on the portal and the instructions below to successfully check your 2022 JAMB UTME result online without requiring a scratch card.
1. Visit the JAMB website portal at www.jamb.org.ng
2. Enter your JAMB registration number on the portal
3. Click on ‘Result Slip Printing.
4. The portal will bring your result out.
How to Check JAMB Result Via SMS
Use the same phone number you registered with to message RESULT to 55019 in order to receive an SMS with your UTME results (Note: You must have a credit balance of at least N50 on your line). Soon after, you will receive the outcome by SMS.
The following are the responses to be expected:
1. A candidate with a result will receive the message: “Dear Mr/Miss X, your result is as follows… (and they will provide the details).
2. If you use a phone number that was not used for registration, a message will be sent to you thus: ‘they did not use this phone number for registration.”
3. They withheld if a result, a “Result Withheld” message will be sent to you.
4. If you were absent, you will receive “CANDIDATE ABSENT” as feedback.
5. If you belong to the category being given the benefit of the doubt, the message you will receive will be: “Result withheld pending the upload of clarifications/document required from you.”
6. A candidate that was ABSENT WITH REGISTRATION NUMBER also CANCELLED will be so informed.
7. “Invalid Entrance into the Exam Hall” will be sent to a candidate who gained unauthorised access to the examination hall.

The 2022 JAMB UTME Result, Registration, and Jamb Serial Number are now available on the JAMB Result 2022-2023 Checker Portal at www.jamb.org.ng.
Is JAMB Registration Still Going for 2022/2023?
Jamb 2022 Registration begins on the 8th of April 2022. However, the deadline for Jamb registration is May 15, 2022.
